You should know what customers you will serve and more specifically what would be their needs or wants that you will serve. This is a sure way to be certain that your business will grow.

The marketing approach has been proven many times over in countless cases now. So again remember not to produce any product or service basing just on what you can manufacture. It pays to pick a target market and a specific need that you will serve.
